START ROLLING IN 5 STEPS
Most riders begin finding their balance within minutes. Start slowly, stay relaxed and give yourself time to learn.

GET READY
Wear comfortable shoes and tie them securely. Have a friend or family member nearby to help steady you, and use whatever protective gear makes you feel comfortable.
FIND YOUR STARTING SPOT
Begin on carpet or grass so the skates stay still while you find your stance. When you feel ready, move to a smooth, flat surface with plenty of open space.
PRACTICE YOUR STANCE
Place one foot on each platform and center your feet over the skates. Stand in a comfortable sideways position with your feet about shoulder width apart.

PUSH OFF
ALIGN AND GLIDE
Step onto the front skate and point it forward. Place your back foot on the second skate with your toe touching the ground. Push off with that toe, level the back skate, and let the front skate glide forward.
As you begin to roll, pull the back skate inward until its wheels line up with the front skate. Glance down to make sure your toes are pointing slightly outward, then make small adjustments as needed.
Learning is part of the fun. Every adjustment brings you closer to finding your flow.
IT'S NOT ABOUT HOW YOU START.
IT'S HOW YOU FINISH.
WHY BALANCE
MATTERS
BUILD STABILITY FROM THE GROUND UP.
Balance supports coordination, mobility, body awareness, and focus. Each shift and correction asks your feet, ankles, legs, hips, and core to work together.

GET YOUR
BODY MOVING
Put your legs, hips and core to work as you balance, turn and glide.
FIND YOUR BALANCE
Shift your weight. Steady your stance. Find your own way to roll.
MAKE
PRACTICE PLAY
Try a smoother turn or longer glide. Enjoy each little challenge.
BUILD YOUR CONFIDENCE
Start with short rolls at your own pace. Celebrate each small win.

A STRONGER CENTER CHANGES HOW YOU MOVE.

SAFETY FIRST
CONFIDENCE STARTS WITH CONTROL.
